2022 ADGO conference to focus on decarbonisation challenge

The 9th annual Australian Domestic Gas Outlook (ADGO) conference has been announced by the Australian Pipelines and Gas Association (APGA) and will take place in Sydney from 21 to 23 March 2022.

Next year’s conference plans to put a spotlight on developing an economically viable and robust national gas market in light of the energy sector dealing with decarbonisation challenges.

Attendees will hear from, engage and network with senior leaders throughout the gas value chain from gas producers, retailers, pipeline operators, end-users, regulators and policy makers.

The future directions of the gas industry will also be discussed by top figures in the sector.

Access to expert analysis on how new infrastructure, including LNG import terminals, could transform the east coast market will also be available.

APGA CEO Steve Davies and several other representatives of APGA member companies will take part as speakers in the annual event.

Chair APPEA Advisory Board and former Federal Minister for Resources & Energy the Hon Martin Ferguson said he congratulated the organisers of the event.

“[This is] because it’s become a very important annual event in terms of the gas industry in Australia,” Ferguson said.
