Companies are continuing to get back on track with two contracts being awarded this week.
The following contracts have been awarded, including the following:
Easternwell: contract with Senex Energy
Easternwell has mobilised a workover rig for Senex Energy in the Surat Basin, Queensland as part of a 12-month contract.
The contract is for workover and completion operations for Senex’s Surat Basin natural gas developments and includes a one-year extension option.
Easternwell general manager Kyle Koziol said the latest contract with Senex supported the company’s ongoing operations in local Queensland communities.
“Our focus is on maintaining safe and sustainable operations and providing continuity of work for our crews,” Koziol said.
Transborders Energy: contract with Single Buoy Moorings (SBM Offshore)
Transborders Energy has formed a floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) solution partnership with Single Buoy Moorings (SBM Offshore) for a range of stranded offshore gas resource opportunities.
The Transborders FLNG solution provides a pre-engineered 1.5 million tonne per annum floating liquified natural gas (LNG) facility with a package of streamlined commercial arrangements and a robust regulatory approval execution plan to gas resource owners.
As part of the agreement, Transborders has designated SBM Offshore as its operation and maintenance services contractor for its FLNG facilities.
SBM Offshore will also be the contractor for part of the front end engineering design (FEED) services and the engineering, procurement, construction services related to the turret mooring and hull scopes of Transborders’ FLNG facilities.
