WDS’ work for Arrow has included support in engineering and design for the concept development of the fields, gathering systems, compressor stations, and most notably for the Daandine central gas processing facility.
The Daandine project, located near Dalby in Queensland, was undertaken by WDS on an engineering, procurement and construction basis and encompassed all civil, mechanical and electrical work, including the installation of five compressors with associated equipment. Engineering began on the project in March 2008 and construction was completed by April 2009.
The construction, installation and testing of gas and water gathering pipelines for Arrow has been performed almost exclusively by WDS in the last few years. This relationship has been built on providing a safe, professional and quality service.
According to WDS, it is essential that safe operating procedures be employed when dealing with gas and high-pressure systems. The company is pleased with its record in this regard.
