Powering up: FutureGAS 2010

EnergyQuest Chief Executive Officer Graeme Bethune and Executive Director of the Queensland Government’s LNG Industry Unit Mal Hellmuth are returning to speak at the 2010 Conference following their warm reception last year.

Mr Hellmuth’s address was a highlight of the 2009 Conference. He spoke about the importance of an LNG industry in Queensland, and the government initiatives that are being implemented to aid its development.

In addition to LNG, key developments in CSG, exploration, production, transmission, distribution, retail and generation will be discussed at FutureGAS.

The event will also look at emerging areas such as natural gas vehicles, gas cooling, co and tri-generation, micro-turbines, fuel cells, tight gas, underground coal gasification – all areas which have the potential to massively impact the gas industry in the years ahead.

The 2010 Conference is to be held at the luxurious Brisbane Sofitel, allowing for an enhanced and upgraded exhibition in a great location. A number of previous exhibitors are confirmed as returning for FutureGAS 2010 – and more booths are available to accommodate eager first time exhibitors as well.

Not only will the exhibition provide information on product developments within the industry, but the business program will keep delegates up to date with current issues, policy and project news – and all for great value for money with a registration fee that won’t break the bank.

MWM has been confirmed as the major sponsor of the conference and exhibition, following the success of its sponsorship last year.

Don’t miss out on the sponsorship options and exhibition spaces available at FutureGAS 2010 -limited opportunities are still available.
