Valmec has won a services contract for APLNG’s Talinga Gas Processing facility.
The $5.3 million contract will see it provide maintenance and overhaul services for the compression equipment at the facility, located near Chinchilla, Queensland.
Work is slated to begin immediately, with a scheduled completion date of July 2015.
According to Valmec managing director Steve Dropulich, it was secured off the back of the acquisition of Exterran Australia.
The work will be delivered by Valmec’s Queensland sited-based team and Dalby workshop services team.
